Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to change the flower color, number of flowers, ribbon and wrapping paper.
- Please make the payment within 1 hour after placing the order.
- During Valentine's Day period (8-15 Feb), due to high number of orders, the following policies are applied:
- Delivery will be divided into 4 time slots; 8:00-11:59 / 12:00-15:59 /16:00-19:59 / 20:00-22.00. Recipients will receive the bouquets within the time frame, but we cannot specify an exact delivery time.
- If the recipient does not pick up the bouquet from our messenger within 10 minutes of the arrival, we reserve the right to either deliver it to the building reception (if applicable) or return it to the store for later delivery. Consequently, an additional delivery fee may apply, and the delivery schedule may be shifted to the last slot.
- During February 13rd -14th, if customers wish to change the delivery location, please inform us at least 2 days in advance. Any change made on short notice may incur an additional delivery fee of 500-1,000 THB and result in delay in delivery scheduled for the last time slot or for February 15th
- If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us by February 8th. Cancellation made after February 8th will incur a processing fee of 15% of the order value. Cancellation must be requested at least 2 days before the delivery date, otherwise, a refund cannot be issued.
**We reserves the right not to refund for the case of late delivery due to the address changes requested by the customer.**
