If you order a product from LoveYouFlower™ and discover damage caused by our store, or if delivery is not made within the agreed time, we are willing to compensate you under the following terms:

1. Should you find your product damaged, withered flowers, spoiled fruits, or any other issues, please notify the customer service staff or delivery personnel immediately upon receipt. We will then arrange for a return, repair, or replacement and deliver the item(s) to you again.

2. In cases where the delivery is delayed by more than 1 hour, we take responsibility and will compensate you accordingly.

LoveYouFlower™ reserves the right to change the compensation terms based on the nature of the problem that arises.
