Where is LoveYouFlower™ located?

Love You Flower™ flagship store is located at Soi Narathiwas 24 or Sathupradit 19, adjacent to Double Trees International School. Additionally, we have several cloud branches throughout Bangkok ensuring fast and on-time delivery, with free delivery across Bangkok and the surrounding suburbs.

For other delivery areas, additional charges may apply. Please inquire with our service team about further delivery areas.

Do you deliver to other provinces?

Yes, LoveYouFlower™ has branches that provide delivery to other provinces including Nonthaburi, Samut Prakan, Pathum Thani, and Phuket. Apart from fresh flowers, we also offer other products such as artificial flower baskets, gift boxes, and vases which are available for nationwide delivery. Deliveries typically take about 2 business days and might come with additional delivery fees.

What are your operating hours? Do you offer 24-hour delivery?

LoveYouFlower™ is open every day. We operate 24 hours daily. Customers can place their orders directly through our website anytime, around the clock. However, our delivery time is from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

*For those who wish to have products delivered after 6 p.m., please provide us the delivery address and proof of payment by 5 p.m. to ensure same-day delivery.
**For orders placed after 8 p.m., the earliest delivery slot is 10 a.m. the next day.

How long does the fastest delivery take?

Once your order has been confirmed, our store can provide the fastest delivery within 2 - 4 hours, depending on the type of product, delivery area, and traffic conditions. As we don't have ready-made flower arrangements on hand, we freshly craft each order based on your specifications to ensure the freshest flowers/products are delivered to our customers.

Can I select and purchase flowers in person at the store?

You can select flowers at our store at Naradhiwas 24. However, some types of flowers may not be available. Also, the florist may be busy with other orders in the queue. Therefore, we recommend placing your orders in advance through our website or WhatsApp before coming in.

Is it possible to change the type of flowers, paper color, or flower color?

Yes, you can personalize your orders by changing the color of paper, flowers, and ribbons based on your preferences and availability. However, the availability of certain flower colors or types might be season-dependent. Please note that changing the type of flowers may incur additional costs. If you wish to make changes, you can directly inquire with our staff.

What is the minimum order amount to get free delivery?

All products from LoveYouFlower™ come with free delivery within the specified areas (Bangkok and Nonthaburi) without any minimum purchase requirement. However, for locations outside these areas, additional delivery fees may apply.

How will I know that the flowers have reached the recipient? (Tracking Status)

LoveYouFlower™ provides customers with a link summarizing your order and a tracking status after the order has been confirmed. This tracking link will display photographs of the product both before and after delivery.

Is it possible to pay in cash?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but our store only accepts payments via bank transfers or credit cards. We will proceed with the order only after we have received the payment confirmation.

Delivery of Tax Invoices/Receipts

Tax invoices will only be sent via email through the E-TAX Invoice system from the email [email protected] Customers can print this and use it for their expense claims as usual.

Should customers require a physical copy of the document, there will be a delivery fee of 50 Baht (for registered mail) or 100 Baht (for EMS). Please inform us of your name and address for postal delivery.

Our accounting department will process the tax invoices in the order they are received, and it will take approximately 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

**You can request a tax invoice within 3 days of the purchase. If it exceeds 3 days, there will be a charge of 150 or 200 baht for issuing the receipt, including postal delivery fee depending on type of postal service. Late tax invoice requests will only be sent via postal mail.

In case of any error on the tax invoice:
Please inform us within 7 business days of receiving the document via post or email. Kindly return the incorrect document so that we can issue a new one. If the original document is not available, customers will need to send an original Lost Property Report issued by police for verification.

If the error arose due to customer-provided information, there will be a correction fee of 100 baht per document. If it involves amending documents from the previous month, there will be a charge of 200 baht per document.

(Note: Correction fees will not be indicated in the new document issued)

How to Take Care of Fresh Flowers

Keep flowers away from direct sunlight.
Trim stems and change water daily.
For sturdy stemmed flowers like roses and hydrangeas, cut the stems at a sharp angle to increase water absorption area.
For delicate stemmed flowers like gerberas and tulips, cut the stems straight to prevent them from wilting easily.
You can add aspirin or flower food to the water as it helps keep the water clean for a longer time.

Flower Bouquet

If you want to prolong the freshness of the flowers, you can remove them from the bouquet, trim the stems slightly, and place them in a vase filled with clean water. After that, you can care for them as you would with flowers in a vase.
If you prefer to keep them in the bouquet, after two to three days, remove the cotton that is wrapped in the bottom of the stems, then hang the bouquet upside down in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
It's not advisable to keep the entire bouquet in an enclosed space as it may lead to mold growth.

Add a little water to the oasis.
Or take the flowers out and place them in a short container, then take care of them just like the flowers in a vase.

How to Take Care of Artificial Flowers

Place them in a shaded area away from direct sunlight as prolonged exposure may cause the colors to fade.
Regularly clean them by using a soft brush to dust off or you can use a cool setting hair dryer to blow away dust.
Use a dry cloth to wipe off dust every two to three months as blowing or brushing may not remove all dust.
Avoid water and heat as artificial flowers often have adhesive components. Washing or blowing with heat may degrade the adhesive.
